HAMMER Museums Made In L.A. Music Series

Hey friends, come and check out the Made In L.A. Music Series at the Hammer Museum. This weekly event is free of charge and will be taking place every Thursday from June 28th through August 9th in the Hammer Museum courtyard. This weeks premiere performance will be a live set by KCRW's own Jason Bentley along with a few more of L.A.'s hottest acts. Be there or be lame ...I'm just kidding like Jason. Secret Society Sundays DTLA

Gift joy Entertainment presents Secret Society Sundays, a night of networking and entertainment with some of L.A.'s finest indie bands and poets. Annie Owens "MOTHERLAND" Copro Gallery

This Saturday, June 16, Annie Owens will be showing a collection of pieces titled "MOTHERLAND" at Culver cities own Copro Gallery. Annie Owens's "MOTHERLAND" collection was created from childhood watercolors that was given new life via this excellent collection of fine art. This will be her second solo show with Copro gallery and from the looks of it, its going to be a big hit. In association with Education Athletics and Breakstarz Apparel Chuco's Justice Center will be hosting the 3rd annual Winter Breaks event. This years Winter Breaks will be hosted by Koolski of "Rock So Fresh" and filmed by Dedicated Films. There will also be a gift bag give away, one on one B-Boy/Girl battle for a cash prize, and a musical performance by none other than the Fire Breathing Swaggon himself Sunny Jackson. Deejays Abel and Millhouse will be spinning for this years Winter Breaks and they will be joined by a host of jaw dropping talent from all around California.
